It’s useless.Not overly enamoured with Xero – but this piece of crap makes it all the simpler to try and get rid. As it is owned by the same company – I can see why.Please don’t waste your time or efforts on what is a floored accounting «package». As for Xero – that needs some serious investment in all the little flaws – but they continue to spend on ads first to keep attracting new users to replace those that are not happy with their service. We have been using Hubdoc for the past 24 months, and in all honesty the service has steadily become more useless overtime. I have emailed the parent company Xero and received no feedback at all. I’m really not sure why Xero bought this company and then failed to invest in the technology, as it is only making the whole process of using Xero more difficult.

Once you have an account you will be assigned an email address that can be used to email your documents. The email address ends in @app.hubdoc.com but you can choose the first part of the email address. If you download the Hubdoc app, then you can scan documents with your phone camera and add them to your Hubdoc account. Whether you use the website or the app, you can then integrate with software packages for payment processing and cloud storage.
